International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

Return Policy

Return Window: Due to sanitation and safety, returns are currently not accepted.If your item arrives and it has been damaged, we will happily exchange it for you.

How to Initiate an Exchange: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. The customer will receive a gift card\store credit for the amount of shipping to accommodate for the inconvenience.

Refunds: Refunds are not provided under any circumstance, unless your order is not completed at all. If you receive your order and it is not damaged, but you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us so that we can find a way to accommodate you through exchange or possibly store credit.customers who inquire about exchanging cups, for illegitimate reasons will not be acknowledged.
